At this year's edition of the European Union Film Festival 2004, Belgium takes part with 2 movies : "Pauline and Paulette" from director Lieven Debrauwer with Dora van der Groen and Ann Petersen and "the third eye" from director Christiphe Fraipont, with Jérémie Renier and Nozha Khouadra.

The film festival kicks off in Bangkok (from 20 until 30 mai), then moves to Chiang Mai (from 1 until 13 june) and ends in Udorn Thani (from 11 until 20 june). All films are shown in their original version, with English subtitles.
