PLEASE NOTE as from 6th June 2013 all visa applicants will have to apply in person when lodging the applicant, in order to provide their fingerprints. Children under the age of 12 yeras old are exempted.
Deliveries by courier or postal services CANNOT BE ACCEPTED anymore.

Registration of the appointment should be done by each applicant with the data of the applicant. Groups more than 5 persons need to contact the visa section by email visa.johannesburg@diplobel.fed.be
Diplomatic and official passports are exempted from the online appointment system.

Appointments must be made at least 15 days before departure.
