Please take note that after deposition of your flight ticket and insurance, it takes 24 hours to deliver the visa in your passport.

For nationality, civil registrar and notary issues : please request
an appointment

In case of emergency the officer on call duty can be contacted
on the following number: +250 788301474
The officer on call duty does not provide any information regarding
pending visa applications
