The Assembly of European Regions (AER), implements the programme since its launch in 1985, in partnership with the Regions that are active in Eurodyssey. The AER is responsible for the general framework conditions of the programme as well as its general development and promotion.

| Payment for consular purposes - Pagamento operações consulares
The Embassy of Belgium in Lisbon only accept payments:
- by multibanco (no credit cards)
- by bank transfer on the consular account of the embassy
The Embassy doesn’t accept files or documents for treatment without valid proof of payment.
A Embaixada da Bélgica só aceita pagamentos:
- através do terminal de multibanco (não são aceites cartões de crédito)
- por transferência bancária na conta das receitas consulares da Embaixada
A Embaixada não aceita dossiês ou documentos para tratar, sem comprovativo de pagamento válido. |

Em princípio, utiliza-se a língua do país no qual se encontra. Mas em geral, as operadoras que recebem a chamada falam inglês.

| SOLVIT effective problem solving in Europe
WHAT IS SOLVIT?
SOLVIT is an on-line problem solving network in which EU Member States work together to solve without legal proceedings problems caused by the misapplication of Internal Market law by public authorities. There is a SOLVIT centre in every European Union Member State (as well as in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). SOLVIT Centres can help with handling complaints from both citizens and businesses. They are part of the national administration and are committed to providing real solutions to problems within ten weeks.
