Belgians living in Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, New Foundland or Bermuda, can apply for an identity card at the Consulate general of Belgium in Montreal. To do so, it is extremely important to keep your file updated at all times.
How do you apply for an identity card?
You have to fill in two forms: the application in itself and a sheet for the specimen of your signature (model A). Please fill in the forms as accurately as possible in black ink. Fold the model A in two.
