For your convenience, the Visa section will receive you only on appointment. You can register online on the following website: www.visa4belgium.com. On this website, you will find information about visa procedure and needed documents.
Only in very urgent cases (humanitarian reasons, important official invitation), you can request for an appointment on the following e-mail address: visa.teheran@diplobel.fed.be.

Additional documents for your visa application must be deposited in the mailbox of the Embassy in a sealed envelope mentioning the file number and the applicant’s name.
Submitting flight tickets (only after confirmation by the Embassy that the visa has been accorded: Sunday – Thursday at 08:00 – 08:30 hrs.

For tickets received on Thursdays, the visa will be ready on Monday.
You can collect issued visas & passports on:
