Opening hours
Information for students
Students are strongly advised to submit a complete file when applying for a visa at the Consulate of Belgium. Only in exceptional cases will additional documents be accepted. Students should make sure that they book an appointment only when they have all the required documents.
For matters other than visa and legalisation
(except for Belgian citizens)
- Monday and Tuesday :
7.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Wednesday through Friday :
8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For visa
Please contact the AFRICATEL sarl call center to
obtain an appointment.
Exceptions :
For humanitarian cases, holders of diplomatic, service
or official passports or laissez-passer, scholarship
holders (CUD, VLIR or others) applications can be
introduced at the Consulate without appointment
every day from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
For legalisation
No appointment needed
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 08 until 10 am.
